Rhavin was one of the Forsaken, who had voluntarily gone over to the side of evil long ago. Now, he and his fellow Forsaken had been freed from their long imprisonment and had been set free to wreck havoc on the world.
Rhavin's task was to subjugate Queen Morgase. Fortunately for him, he was well suited to the task. He viewed women as objects, and his special power was the ability to seduce and control their minds, with only the strongest willed capable of any resistance.
At the moment, he was riding towards Morgase's capital, having taken on the identity of a nobleman to allow himself to get close to the Queen. From there, it would be nothing to make her his plaything. However, he reined in his horse as he observed two young women, no older than twenty, appear suddenly in a nearby field. Seeing that they both possessed some beauty, and wondering what magic was involved in their appearance, he slowly rode towards them. If nothing else, he thought, they would make for pretty servants to amuse him while he carried out his plan.
