Jim stared at the latest progeny created by the alien plant he had discovered - a flawless naked replica of the botanist Megan White. The Pod Megan was indistinguishable from the real Megan as Jim saw that the plant's sap material served to complete the process of replication. It formed the surface details of her body to completely mimic the original, down to hair color and tattoos, even nail polish and piercings. The Pod Megan came into being and imprinted Jim as her master as her original lay on the ground graudally coming around from the disorienting effects of the plant.
Jim noticed that the real Megan, naked and dizzy and coughing up the sap like bile from the plant could prove to be a problem. Jim had to act fast and came up with a quick solution. Jim quickly ran up to the Pod Megan and grabbed her shoulders shaking her for a moment, to activate the surface personality of the drone!
"Megan! Thank God, you're awake! That plant just tried to kill you! It just made a duplicate of you, we have to knock it out or something before it gets away, do you understand?"
The Pod Megan, believing itself to be the original, looked at the real Megan in shock as she saw a naked copy of herself vomiting green mucous and turning to look at her. No doubt if the real Megan had seen her Pod double doing the same she would be equally frightened. The Pod Megan grab her fire extinguisher from under her greenhouse table and sprayed her original with it, which further disoriented the real Megan. The Duplicate then grabbed a baseball and swung it at Megan's head, knocking her in the back of the head and fully unconscious as she spat up some blood and bile and dropped to the ground. As this was happening, Jim looked at the plant as it suddenly twitched and split into 2 plants. Jim supposed that after feeding on Megan and Melissa, it had grown strong enough to reproduce.
The Pod Replica breathed heavily as she stood facing her downed original. Just when you thought she might run to her and check how she was, it was as if a switch turned off and the double dropped it's head like someone hit an off switch. Without any further orders it stood like an automaton waiting for further directions from it's master, Jim.
"Now Megan, can you hear me?"
"Yes, master."
"What you did was a very good thing. These pods are monsters. The reason Melissa is so devastated is because she was already raped and duplicated by the plants. Her duplicate is on it's way here to kill you along with a duplicate of my girlfriend."
"I understand."
"This plant I brought is the only thing that can save my girlfriend. It will make a healing pod that will bring my real girlfriend back and take the copy out. All you have to do is convince her to take it. You have to do that since she can't know I'm here."
"I understand."
With that, the Pod Megan raised it's head and went into the real Megan's room to get dressed and prepare for company. Jim realized having the Pod Melissa here would cause more confusion so he decided to see what else Melissa knew that might help him. Right now, Jim had to hide Megan's unconscious body. Having her double do it may risk his plan, so he decided to have Melissa help him.
"Melissa, I need you to take this woman and hide her in the trunk of my car, do you understand?"
"Yes."
"I also need you to go to Melissa's ... I mean, YOUR room and where some clothes that you might wear on a night like this."
"Yes."
"Now, Melissa, I know I asked you if you had a boyfriend."
"Yes, master, you are my boyfriend."
"But I need to know, do you have a girlfriend too?"
"Yes."
Jim smiled. He had guessed after meeting Megan that she and Melissa were a bit unorthodox.
"Is Megan your girlfriend?"
"No, my girlfriend is Amy."
"Wouldn't you like Amy to be like you and Megan are and have me be her master?"
"Yes."
Jim smiled, the plan was coming together.
Jim instructed Melissa to get dressed and call after taking care of Megan, she would then go and have the plant duplicate Melissa's girlfriend Amy, which would allow Megan to use the extra plant to duplicate Sharon without Melissa becoming suspicious of seeing her double.
