It was weird. She had never liked Jim in her school - especially after briefly getting to know him - and there certainly didn't seem anything noticeably different about this Jim (though she had to admit he looked a lot better with some weight off).
It must just be that he's familiar. Though older. Of all the people though! Not Katie or Holly or Morgan or even another me... Now he's going into that weird shop and looking at that jewelry. Weird... I almost feel jealous for some reason. As if I should care what he's buying for whatever girl was desperate enough to go out with him...
Maybe I should talk to him
