{From Violet's POV}
Violet could not believe she had been dragged into this by her freinds. Edith hated her, and she would never want to see her here. Ever since she had taken Edith's place on the swim team six months back due to a pregnancy scare, the girl had despised the ground she walked on. Thankfully, Edith wasn't pregnant, but "Sunny", as her freinds called her, didn't get her place back, and she was far from happy...
Looking around the party, she saw new and old faces, including the birthday girl...who was walking towards her. With a smile, Edith sat down next to her, and Violet slid away from her slightly.
"Hey, V, you enjoying yourself?" Edith asked, watching her cocktail stick while she twirled it around in the glass. Violet frowned out of sight of the birthday girl, as this was something that Edith wouldn't ask in private. Was it because she was in front of her parents that Edith was acting all nicey-nice?
"Yeah, the party's good, i'm just taking a rest out from it all...you having a good time?"
"Not so bad. I can't believe all of you girls are here! I was so excited to have you all come though!" Edith looked excitedly at her sorority sister, and literally bounced on the chair with her bum.
"You want to see something so totally cool in my room??" The soiree was being held in the sorority house, so all of the girls rooms were upstairs.
Violet shrugged and nodded an affirmative. It wouldn't hurt to spend 5 minutes with the brat...and no-body would miss them, there was plenty of people here.
The two of them went up the stairs and along the corridor that led to Edith's room. Fumbling around for her keys, Sunny opened the door and allowed Violet to pass through. But as soon as V stepped over the threshhold, she was grabbed by the arm and thrown to the floor.
"What the?.." V started to shout out, but something was put in her mouth and a slender femenine hand held over to keep it shut. Whatever was inside her mouth was wriggling!! As Violet struggled, she saw Edith sitting on her, a malevolant grin on her face...
