Yuka and Sayuri were those two friends of Akane's. Naturally if they had gone in there, maybe Akane had gone in there.
Twice Ranma felt some tired sleepy feeling wash over him, and twice it seemed to break up. He wondered what it was, but then looked around him and saw how everyone else was kind of "out of it." Okay, that left why wasn't he affected?
The next time he felt that sleepy feeling, he noticed one of his pokeballs shifted slightly and the feeling vanished. So it was one of these pokegirls doing something?
Picking out the ball, he held it up and then opened that computer again.

This pokegirl has great psychic powers including telepathy, telepathic hypnosis, teleportation, telekinesis, and a mind shield.
"Wow," said Ranma, thinking that sounded useful. "Let's see. If I push this button -"

"MASTER!" GLOMP!
"Gakkk! Down girl! Down! Down! Mffff!"
Ranma finally got the extra-busty version of Kasumi off of him and no longer trying to suck his tonsils out. "Uhm, what can you tell me about these folks around me?"
"It looks like they've got several charms in place," said Kasumi as she investigated around her. "There's a compulsion to come here, a Siren Call effect. There's a 'don't notice anything strange' effect. There's also a compulsion to try something out. It's all carrying a strong sexual signal."
"Huh," said Ranma, not getting the details but getting the general idea. "So it's perverted magic. If I let Akane's friends get turned into bras or something, she'd kill me."
The Ka-D-Bra tactfully didn't point out that Akane was likely in dire straits herself.
