"Ah... excuse me?" A timid voice asked. Ash stopped staring at the girl's chest long enough to look her in the face. "I was wondering if you knew where I was."
Ash blinked. She was a nice-enough looking girl, he supposed, with long silver hair in a ponytail and shiny green eyes. "Well, you're about a mile from Pallet Town, and about twenty miles from Viridian City."
"Oh no! That's no help!" The girl's eyes teared up and Ash immediately reached for a handkerchief to give her, not wanting a crying girl on his hands. She took the handkerchief and sniffled for a few moments, giving Ash time to study her clothing.
The girl was wearing a very plain kimono of light pink, and sandals on her feet. She carried a small white parasol.
"What's your name?" Ash asked.
"I'm Kanna," She smiled tearfully. "I acidentally fell through the wrong wormhole when I was training and now I can't ever get home!"
Ash nodded knowledgably. "Well then, I think you should..."
