Ranma walked through the door of the Tendo home, trying to sneak in without being noticed, if he was careful, maybe she wouldn't hear him, and he wouldn't have to explain that he'd already eaten at Ukyo's or explain that he would rather eat anything other than her food. He was almost out of the entryway when he heard Akane clear her throught behind him. He turned around nerviously to find her standing at the door of the kitchen wearing nothing but an apron.

"That took an awful long time getting home! I told you I had something special planned tonight you jerk! I bet you've been over with Shampoo or Ukyo! You'll eat their cooking won't you!"

"A-Akane, I can explain..." Ranma's fight or flight instinct was sending off all sorts of conflicting messages, he just couldn't decide, his indecision was all Akane needed as she hit him.


Ranma opened his eyes with a start, he had tried turning the situation of the fantasy he has just found around, and it just hadn't worked. Maybe he would have to meditate again to find another situation just as good as the one with Ryoga...

As his mind wandered back over Ryoga, his eyes wandered to the twin water containers that he had gotten. One was a thermos full of hot water that he had already used once, and the other was a tall glass of cold water. He thought about how good it had felt again, but shook his head quickly to try to shake that image from his mind, it just wasn't something he wanted to think about when he was a guy.

"but what if I wasn't a guy?"

  1. Ranma decides to meditate on other scenarios with Akane, maybe they all wouldn't end with him getting hit.
  2. Ranma chooses to stay male and try thinking about Shampoo, Ukyo, Nabiki or some other girls.
  3. Ranma splashes the water on him, and she finds herself in another fantasy about Ryoga.
  4. Ranma pours the water on himself, and her mind wanders back to Hiroshi and Daisuke.
  5. *Ranma does something else entirely.
