T'Pol obediently went to diagnostic bed 4 and slipped off her Vulcan tak'ar gown - it was the only piece of clothing in her counterpart's wardrobe that she was comfortable wearing. Beneath it she wore a thin cotton t-shirt and blue panties.
"Please take the rest of your clothing off too," Phlox smiled genially, "I need you completely nude for the examination."
With only the slightest hesitation, T'Pol did as the doctor requested. A small twinge of anxiety did flash across her mind, but she ignored it. She had no reason to worry about being subjected to sexual overtures here in the sickbay. Doctor Phlox was simply going to exam her, and nothing more. As a doctor, his primary concern was the welfare of his patients, and so T'Pol was confident that he would keep his procreational needs to himself.
Lying back on the bio-bed, she looked up as Phlox stepped over to her, a silvery phallic-shaped probe in his hand. She could not help but feel that twinge of anxiety again. "Now just relax," Dr.Phlox smiled at her. "Our medical procedures are probably different from your own, but I can assure you that they're very efficacious, and quite pleasurable. Why, when Ensign Sato was first brought here she was nearly hysterical and didn't want us anywhere near her, but now she's enjoying our medical techniques just as much as any other member of this crew."
T'Pol turned her head and gazed over at the screen blocking off bio-bed 2. That's where Hoshi was. And while T'Pol could not see her colleague, she could most definitely hear sounds coming from behind that screen. To her amazement it sounded like giggling and... kissing?
