"So let me get this straight." Jim said. "When you insert one of these ID cards into a woman - any woman, it turns them into a human vending machine? That's one weird kink you got there, dude."
"Hey, you're the last person who should be getting judgemental about that stuff, dude! Besides, it's not just that - they'll have to obey any order we give them during that time. Here, try it out." He waved the wand, and the still heavily lactating Jessie slowly heaved herself to her feet. She looked around her with unfocused, bleary eyes, then stared in confusion at the scene before her. The pregnant women lying on the ground ignored her, focused as they were on their impossible pregnancies and births. She finally caught sight of Rick and Jim, and strode towards them angrily, bare breasts jiggling as she did so. "What the hell are you two boys doing?"
"Hmm, now that I think about it, inserting it in there might be a little difficult. Let's change it so that inserting it anywhere in her body causes that effect." Rick remarked as he picked an ID card up, the ID shimmering and changing to match his name as he did so. He thrust it into the belly of the approaching woman, causing her to stop mid-stride as it sunk into her flesh. Her nipples began to glow as she paused and an announced in a robotic voice, "Vending mode activated" Her voice returned to normal as she sighed a resigned sigh. "Alright, get it over with."
"A soda for me. Want anything, Jim?" Jim shook his head as Rick pushed one of Jessie's glowing nipples. Jessie grumbled as she reached her hand between her legs, grunting for a moment before she pulled out a can of soda, handing it to Rick. "Product dispensed" she intoned, before lapsing back to her usual disgruntled expression.
"And it's not just limited to stuff like that, you know. Here, you said you wanted a new laptop, right?" Jim nodded, then stared at Jessie's aghast face as Rick pressed her nipples once more. Her belly began to swell rapidly as she collapsed to the ground, almost dwarfing the other women laying about her. She groaned as she began to push a large white object out of her cunt. It was a laborous process, but eventually it was out and she stood up wearily. She picked up the large, egg-like object, cracking it open. Pulling out a laptop, she handed that to Jim as she stated "Product dispensed." once more.
"Thank you. Now, please forget everything that just happened and leave us, will you?" Rick asked as he reached forward and pulled his ID card from her. Jessie's eyes glazed over and she strode off, not even bothering to cover herself up.
"Alright, I can see where you're going with this. But what the hell are we going to do with ten billion of them? We only need one each."
"You have a point." Rick admitted. "Alright, how about this." He waved the wand and the pregnant bellies around them shrunk slightly, as the piles of IDs around them slowly began disappearing. "Six billion, one for every person on the planet. Nobody thinks it's unusual and as far as they can remember, the world has always been this way. Now will you please stop worrying?"
Jim picked up an ID and sighed. While he still had his reservations, he decided he might as well take the time to explore the new world they'd created. Besides, they still had the wand and could change the world back whenever they wanted.
