Let's just merge FFX and FFX-2 together on this one. They're the same world. The usual options here. I'm aware of the branch for FFX-2, this would allow new storylines and starting points.

1. Lulu never married Wakka. Instead, she joined her old friends to form Y.R.P.L.
2. Yuna carries out the process to make the final aeon, but chooses someone completely unexpected
3. *Lulu goes through a few sudden changes, starting with her acting like more of a cold, heartless bitch than usual
4. The use of the sphere grid by Rikku leads to the unlocking of some very unusual skills and stats
5. The girls uncover an unusual side-business that Paine's been running during her off time from sphere hunting
