Sean's mouth dropped open at the doctor's words. For a moment he couldn't think of anything. He just sat there on the examination table, his breasts jutting out and the nipples beginning to harden from the coolness of the air. The doctor's words played over and over in his mind:

His mind tried to grasp the possibilities. If he was already a DD cup and Velma was only a few months along . . . My God!
The doctor had had his back turned to Sean as he scribbled down a few notes on his chart. He now turned back and slid his pen back into his coat pocket. The doctor observed the look on Sean's face and a small smile crossed his lips.
"Starting to hit you, huh? I must admit, I haven't seen many pregnancies like yours and Velma in my time practicing, but I think they will be more frequent now that the government has approved InVitrix, the fertility drug. You two should really be commended for doing your duty to America and helping to expand the population."
The doctor motioned at Sean's shirt and bra, which were still laying beside him on the table, untouched. It took Sean a second to realize what the doctor was pointing at. When he did, he began to pull on the bra and fasten it behind him with slightly trembling fingers.
"Though I don't particularly envy what the two of you will be going through", the doctor continued. "I think both of you may be immobile for the last month or so. For different reasons. But hopefully we can keep you up and walking around, though you will definitely need some added support. Dont' worry. I can work with you when we get to that stage."
The doctor opened the door and smiled back at Sean.
"I will see you and Velma at your next check-up. Take care!"
With that, the doctor walked out, leaving the door open. Sean pulled on his shirt over his breasts before sliding off the table. He stumbled to the door, steadying himself on the frame and taking several deep breaths before walking down the short hallway back to the waiting room.
Velma was sitting in a chair, paging through a magazine. She glanced up when Sean entered and smiled at him. Setting the magazine aside, she struggled for a few seconds to get to her feet, her swollen belly obviously hindering her. She waddled over to Sean and rubbed his arm, smiling up at him. Despite his state of shock, Sean felt himself gettng aroused at having this beautiful woman so close to him, her breasts and belly brushing up against him.
"So, everything okay? You look a little pale?"
Sean stammered out a reply.
"Ah, yeah, yeah. He wanted me to start using lotion. To avoid, ah, stretch marks."
Velma smiled and nodded.
"Yeah, I have to do the same thing on my belly. It will be fun. We can lotion each other up."
Velma brushed her hand against his chest, smiling playfully up at him.
"We could go back to my place and do that now, if you are in the mood. Or we can go shopping for clothes. I will need some new maternity clothes shortly and you, well, that bra won't last you much longer!!"
