Meanwhile, a small portion of the rubble that had been a two-story house slowly shifted. A biege feminine hand pushed itself out into the open air, and soon a naked Sharon extracted herself from under the destroyed house. Looking around she saw the extent of the damage. Oh no, I can't believe we destroyed the whole house! Well, I guess I did most of it, but still, it's just as much Meg's fault for getting me so mad!
Wondering where Meg and Jim had gone, and also wondering where she was going to sleep that night, Sharon sighed heavily and sat down on a long splintered plank of wood. "Ouch!" she exclaimed, rubbing at her bottom were a small shard had poked her. That's when it finally hit her: she wasn't wearing anything! "Oh my God!" Sharon quickly stood back up and, as fast as she could, hid within a partially intact piece of house that had somehow escaped total destruction.
Bad enough our house is trashed, but that T-shirt left me naked after I changed back to normal! I've gotta find something else in here to wear, and then I have to go find where Meg took Jim. I can't just leave him with my little sister... Sharon scanned her surroundings and was fortunate enough to find that it was a section of her own room that had somehow stayed intact. Perhaps she could still find something to wear? It was a bit of a long shot, sure, but Sharon wasn't in any mood to be walking around in the buff. Most of the furniture was either broken and scattered about or was missing entirely, and her closet was not a part of the room which had remained intact. Yet Sharon managed to find a small collection of T-shirts spread around the floor. Relieved that something of her wardrobe was still okay, Sharon immediately picked one of the T-shirts up and slipped it on. She went to dust it off and stopped, staring at the shirt's front.
Oh no, it's another one of those damned shirts! Deciding that she had had enough of their crazy magic, Sharon tried to remove it...and realized that it would not come off. Sighing, she looked back down at the rest of the shirts and figured that they were also more of the amazing yet strange T-shirts that had caused so much pleasure and trouble recently. It had to be irony at work that they, out of her rather large wardrobe, were the only things left.
She snatched them up, not wanting to leave them for someone else to find. Looking around the room, Sharon also saw that her special box had also somehow made it through. She opened it up and took the small wad of cash out of it which she had stashed in there just in case. Then she quickly picked her way out of the wreckage and dashed into the yard and around the corner, somehow being unobserved by the crowd gathering nearby as they wondered what had made the house suddenly collapse.
A short cab ride and even shorter clothes-buying stop later, Sharon was at least fully dressed again. She was still wearing the T-shirt that stubborn refused to be removed, but everything else was newly bought. Now, how am I going to find where Jim and Meg went to?
