Not for the first time, Jim wondered whether the "Got Milk?" t-shirt had changed Sharon mentally as well as physically. She seemed far more daring that she used to be. And he had certainly never suspected before that she had a diaper fetish.
"So let me get this straight?" he said. "You're proposing to wear the 'Got Milk?' and 'Hot Babe' t-shirts on alternate nights, and a diaper all the time, night and day?"
Sharon gave him her best "wide-eyed innocent" look. "That's right. Maybe in the future I'll experiment with one or two of the other t-shirts, but I think that these two will do for the time being."
So that was what she did. When she put on the "Hot Babe" t-shirt it transformed into a duplicate of the ultra-short nightgown shown in the illustration (and transformed back again when she removed it), but she had to supply her own diapers. When she wore it, she would also take a nottle of her own expressed milk to suck on. Though this was not essntial, she did find that it seemed to help her to sleep extra well.
It gradually became apparent that the "Got Milk?" t-shirt was still slowly enlarging her breasts and increasing her milk production, but at only half the rate of before, since she was only wearing it for half as long. The "Hot Babe" t-shirt/nightie at first only removed her control of her bladder while she was actually wearing it. But each time that she wore it its effect lasted a little longer after she had removed it, until after a few weeks it appeared to have become permanent. Possibly her control might have gradually returned had she given up wearing it, but she was having too much fun to want to do that. Luckily it did not seem to have any effect on her ability to control her bowel movements.
