In the original timeline, Mousse made it in time to stop the pig-tailed boy from breaking the magical egg which had captured Shampoo. An egg which would make her the willing slave of the first person she saw once hatching from the shell, even if her original personality remained.
It was not that Shampoo lost her personality when she originally was enslaved by Kiima, she still wanted Ranma's body it was just she obeyed the commands of Kiima first and was willing to kill the pig-tail boy. If she force her airen to make out with her first or found a way to enslave the man of her dreams.
So we can expect that Shampoo had a little less objection of being freed from Kiima by being hatched and imprinted on Ranma. The younger Saotome busted the shell with a powerful punch just as Mousse tripped on one of the discarded weapons, Shampoo's eyes were completely focused on the face of Ranma Saotome.
She jumped out of the shell and launched into the arms of her new master and said, "Shampoo is too too happy Airen freed Shampoo and make Shampoo Airen's love slave. What does Airen Master want Shampoo to do now?"
