Tenten really was a nice person. She wasn't one to do mean things to people or put them down if she could help it. She never saw a need for it really.
But now, here she had the power to get a little of her own back from people who could use a little bit of a lesson. She didn't want to do anything permanent to them. None of them were THAT bad. Just something temporary, to show them the error of their ways. To bring down their ever so slightly inflated heads.
The girl that Tenten was most irritated by was Temari. It wasn't the fact that she'd beaten her in the Chuunin Exams. Tenten blamed herself for that. She hadn't been prepared for that kind of fight, when she should have been. It was that she was so smug about it. The girl could at least give Tenten credit for doing her best and trying. But no, she just pushed in all in Tenten's face and lorded it over her.
It made Tenten twitch. She hadn't seen the girl in a while, but they'd never been on the best of terms after the exams. She wasn't even sure if Temari was in town.
After that, the one Tenten thought called for it most would have to be Ino. She wasn't a bad person per se, but she seemed far too haughty and caught up in herself. She could use a little humbling...
Sakura wasn't as bad as Ino by any means. She had some ego when it came down to it, but didn't everybody? Although Tenten had to admit that she was always a bit jealous of the girl. Tsunade-sama had been her idol for a long time, and yet ever since she'd come to the village, Tenten had hardly ever gotten to really get to know the Hokage. She spent all of her time on paperwork or training Sakura. Tenten admitted to herself that it was rather silly, but it was how she felt.
Should she really do this...?
