Naruto looked and Hinata, who met his gaze for a moment, before looking away. "Well," he reasoned, looking her up and down. "Feel anything different?"
Hinata shuffled away from him a little bit, feeling that she was a too close. It was making her blush harder. "N-no," she mumbled, without thinking much about it. She was distracted by thinking she was looking like an idiot in front of Naruto. She twiddled her fingers.
"Hm," Naruto mused. "What a weird thing. I wonder how it changes the words like that. And so specific too..." He looked it over, genuinely perplexed. He hadn't seen anything like this before. And it seemed rather pointless. He couldn't figure how it could really be that useful. 'I mean maybe if you're no good at coming up with your own insults,' he thought. 'But still...'
However, little to Naruto's knowledge, the device was indeed making changes in the girl standing near him. They weren't overt at first, thus why neither took particular notice.
Hinata's features were undergoing a gradual shift. Her face was starting to take more of a downward slant, while her brow was beginning to push out a bit. Her shoulders were starting to push out, her rib-cage taking on a more barrel-like shape.
Her mind was also beginning to slow a bit, her intelligence lowering some.
These were but a few of the changes that were taking place, as Naruto puzzled over the device in his hands and Hinata pushed her enlarging fingers together in embarrassment.
