"I'm sorry",a policeman says,before you can even crank out a paragraph."What number restart is this?"

"Huh?"

"This is from a tree of numbered restarts,and a menu that all descend from `Restart 9x9',in other words 81.But is this restart 81,or one of the others?"

"But Officer,this is just plain `Restart',I don't know anything about numbers!"

1. He takes you in and books you for trying a restart with its identification number filed off.
2. He lets you off with a warning,but you've forgotten your idea.
3. *He lets you off and you're able to do the real Restart 81.
4. Something e-l-s-e.
