"Oh," Sighed Mira, "Laila would love the ring so much I just can't refuse. Please come to her party tonight?"

"Only if," Replied Dorean with a smile, "You pick me up, and you have to have your girfriend where the ring the whole party or there will be reprucusions. Like is that cool, hon?"

Mira shifted her feet nervously.

"Well," She said, "I don't know..."

"It's a really good deal," Smiled Dorean. "You should totally go for it honey."

1. Mira decided to brave Laila's potential wrath thinking the ring would make up for it and accepted the woman's proposal
2. *Mira shook her head "no" and walked out of the store crestfallen, she just didn't want to risk hurting Laila's feelings on her birthday.
