Suddenly all the girls, including Rick himself since his nightie had belonged to Lila, were completely naked. My God! Rick thought. How did that happen? Have I somehow inherited the wand's powers?

As normally happened with a wish, none of the "victims" seemed to be aware that things had not always been like this. Rick could see that none of them looked in the slightest surprised or worried. It will be interesting to see how this is rationalised, he thought.
