3. Meg Manning & Hannah Griffith come to Veronica for help as they are both being blackmailed. The blackmailer has contacted them via email (that can't be traced back) and is forcing them to "perform" at an illegal underground club, were they have to perform as strippers, and act as prostitutes, taking paying customers to the “back rooms”. Veronica, with the help of Mac and Wallace, quickly uncovers that Meg and Hannah aren’t alone as Madison Sinclair is also being blackmailed into working there, and that the “Club” runs different days, with different kinds of girls, all who are working there against their wills. This leads them to find that Kendall Casablancas & Mallory Dent are also being forced to work there...

A new “performance enhancer” is doing the rounds of Neptune’s athletes, one with some very unusual side effects... the “enhancer” is actually based on RNA and DNA taken from a black female athlete, so continued use will case the user start to take on black racial features; and if they are already black and male, they will become female. If they are already a black female athlete, their primary and secondary sexual characteristics will become ever more exaggerated as will their musculature.
