As she though of it, the course they're on, would be more simple natural one to take.
Just simply invite themselves in. She would not pressure Ranma to accept them immediately, nor she would pressure the others to join her. But she had a feeling fate was not done in giving him wives.
To be fair, he would probably be not too happy to hear her plans for him. He was being manipulated enough already. A part of her that loved him for who he is knew that wasn't the best course to take.
But there was another part of her that was driven to change things in her favor. Lonliness. Her job as guard for the Gates of Time was a lonely one after all. And the part of her that was a woman had desired companionship.
But it wouldn't be just her. The Senshi would be bound to their duties to Neo-Queen Serenity. Aside from Uranus and Neptune, who has each other, the Senshi only had friendship and comradery driving their lives. In a way they were lonely, as they had to pick between duty and love. A part of them 'died' in order to be devoted to the new royal family. Sure they looked happy, but when you're the only ones to fill the roles needed...
AS a result she had to wonder, could the future be made better?
That's when she used the Gates of Time, looking at parallel possibilities. Seeing what if the girls had a understanding spouse.
And among them, she saw Ranma Saotome, a man who in most cases, lived up to his name.
And there she began to study him. Study all possible interactions between him and the Senshi. (And somewhat guiltily, check out the times when he and another Senshi were... ahem... becoming the beast with two backs, among other positions). See the times when he was antagonistic, and the times where he was an ally. There times when his girl side donned the fuku.
Then she decided to see what her timeline had to hold, and saw that Ranma was empowered in that particular manner, and in a relationship with twelve(for the start) women. As she saw in other historys of events when they were considered a threat to "Crystal Tokyo", she decide to try for the other possibilties regarding him. Sure there were some slight downsides of being a sexpot of a very sexual woman(thought a part of her said 'Take the hunk, take the hunk'), but in the same manner, was necessary for a more vibrant future of not just her or the senshi, but humanity.
But with her not seeing this new enemy, she had to rejust everything, including her thinking. She would just leave things to chance and hope for the best. Especially, when, not if, the truth of her plans came out.
