Rei Hino was fuming due to what she just went through. Bad enough with her reputation as a B-Girl miko of the Hiwaka Shrine. She was just questioned by the police in regards to the missing people who just happened to be last seen at her shrine, before taking the local buses. And the lead officer seemed to have a problem with B-Girls.

(Of course, this officer happened to be one Toshio Wakagi, the guy who was placed on the trail of one B-Girl vigilante Sailor V when she went after the Dark Agency before heading to the United Kingdom. But that detail wasn't known to Rei.)

The only way things could get worse if her politican father decided to pay a visit. Luickily that wasn't going to happen.

Rei sighed. She couldn't just wallow like this. But that sensation of evil. She can't seem to pinpoint it's exact location. If only she could, she may be able to solve the mystery of the missing people, and restore the shrine's reputation.

In a future era, some would debate what what the greatest Black Technology ever created in the first 15+ years ever since the Whispered came into being.

Was it the palladium reactors, the first form of perfect cold fusion?

Was it the Lambada Driver, capable of converting mental thought patterns into physical power?

Or was it the Arm Slaves, which was the primary use of most of the new Black Technology at the time?

And there were those that would highlight a side project that was undertaken by Teletha "Tessa" Testarossa in her spare time. She was not just a Whispered, but a B-Girl as well. A B-Girl who did all what she could in hiding her interest in her subordinate Sousuke, as an open interest was just... improper and frowned upon.

A being a B-Girl in a private military organization... being professional was important. It just didn't change the fact of what her body wanted.

As such she decided that she could develop a better way to detail with these urges. Or at least control it so it doesn't flare up at an inopportune moment.

While in the end she did end up in a sexual relationship, her invention changed a lot...
