As Ino walked out of the store a strange feeling came over her. "I don't feel too well," remarked Ino. Woozy, Ino sat down on a nearby bench. Her body began to swell with her breasts growing first. Her breasts grew at a steady rate. From a meager A-cup she grew to a fantastic triple K. Ino grinned and said "Ha! Sakura's going to be so jealous when she sees me. It's obvious who's going to get Sasuke's affections now." Her glee quickly turned to horror when she noticed that her breasts weren't the only part of her that were growing. Ino's belly soon began to start peeking out of her revealing tank top. Her belly swelled slowly as the flustered Ino tried to cover it up. Her belly started to try to break free from the bandage wrap that Ino always wore around her mid-drift. The bandages cut into her belly and made it harder for the already panicking Ino to breathe. Desperate, Ino quickly whipped out her kunai and cut the bandages allowing her belly to spill out, covering her knees entirely.
The torture didn't stop there. Ino's hips and bottom began to swell at an alarming rate as well. Ino's face grew red as her skirt began to ride up her ass and she tried to pull it down just in case someone might come across her. At this point Ino's face was completely red and tears were streaming down her face. What is everyone going to think of me? Ino thought to herself. Her body had always been very important to her, especially in the weight department. Sakura would surely take the opportunity to taunt her and whisk away with Sasuke. And, if these thoughts didn't hurt her enough she noticed that her transformation wasn't over yet.
Ino cringed as she witnessed the fingers of her hand meld together to turn into the hoof of a pig. She stumbled, unaccustomed to holding such a massive amount of girth on such tiny feet, and then crashed to the ground with a solid thud. Next, her skin began to change its color and her face started to contort and change as well. A bright pink piggy nose formed on her face coupled along with a pair of bristly piggy ears, and to finish it all off she felt a slight pinch when a springy pig tail popped up.
Even after all of this the transformation still wasn't done. Ino felt her body begin to shrink. All of the extra girth she had gained compressed itself into her new piggy form and Ino was buried in a bundle of her old clothes. The only word she was able to utter at this point was a small defeated "Oink."
