Shampoo them said, "Saru should pick too too pretty Kunoichi as wife, you think so too."
Ranma realized that Shampoo was right, that the character who seemed to be his anime twin should marry the kunoichi Sango who seemed to be the animated version of Shampoo. The fact that he knew this fictional character should pick this animated woman over the others was clear in his mind, telling Shampoo that in a whisper.
What he didn't know was the concious mind was working on how obvious that Sango and Saru deserved to be together, the comment was working into the depths of his mind to his subconcious. In that hidden part of the mind it was easy to replace Saru with himself and Sango with Shampoo, since he had the belief the former were based on the latter. Slowly forming in his mind was the idea that if the animated characters were perfect, then the originals should be perfect for each other.
This would not be clear in his mind... yet.
Yet Shampoo continued to make comments, which mixed with her comments on the exported characters in Budo Harem, effecting him on the subconcious level.
"Saru and Sango are too too perfect couple. Martial artist man needs strong martial artist women to marry. Yet ninja girl is much woman as well as warrior, good for wife. Big breasts help, men like Ranma find big breasts sexy. Plus hair and eyes of ninja girl much more fun colours then boring browns and black of most people." Shampoo continued as she watched the film, as she commented on it.
"Ranma and Shampoo should see if we can watch more of anime or read manga." she added, which effected both Ranma and herself by making them both want to learn more about the series.
