When Hinata look over at the person she saw Rosa Farrell the wife of Cecil Harvey. She had been looking for a way to restore her youth to stay with her husband. Cecil begin part lunarun and aged a lot slower then normal humans.
So when Rosa found out about the Bazaar she went to check it out. And found the perfect girl to steal youth from. Rosa set the girl up to knock over the books and be punished by the store owner. Rosa had planned the whole thing out and paid the owner to do just that.
