Since one of her major goals was to corrupt the Senshi and countless others in pursuit of her own enjoyment. She made an obvious wish.
"I wish that whenever I see a person and learn their name, I would learn their corruption and exactly how to exploit it to my desire." Ami wished and the rock glowed as it gave her a new sense. "Now this is a good start, but I am going to need some more power before I start making minions." Ami said and she started contemplating what kind of powers she should grant herself next.
Shape shifting could be a good power. Not just basic shape shifting or an illusion but true shape shifting that allowed her to take any form she could imagine. With a mind like hers the possibilities were endless she could even do things like turn into water or smoke to slip through cracks, or just shape-shift away injuries making herself almost invincible. Becoming anything or anyone for that matter would make her corrupting much easier after all fucking women should be much easier if she could sprout a monster cock straight out of a hentai manga. Maybe she should add the ability to shift the shape of others just by touching them.
Her mind had always been her pride why not improve that even further. Being able to use telekinesis to move objects with her mind no matter how large or small they were. Being able to read, subjugate, and alter the minds of others, along with countless other powers like precognition psychic powers would make her a serious threat that none of the weak minded Senshi could really stand against. Corrupting her victims would be done at her leisure if she was inside their minds twisting their thoughts.
Magic was the key to all of the Senshi power and that of every foe that they have ever face. So why not make herself immune to magic so that every attack against her would be reflected back upon the caster or outright drain away every drop of their magic for her own power. Also with the rock she could just wish up spells for herself.
She had always wondered what it would be like to have immense physical power. She could take the Jekyll and Hyde theme further and turn herself in a brutish monster with enormous physical power so she could dominate her victims physically. Or she could go more subtle make herself look weak and fragile but having the terrifying speed and power of a superhuman.
Since she was Japanese why not turn herself into a Yuki Onna(Snow Woman) as sailor mercury she her strongest powers were ice related so why not become ice incarnate. Having the ability to freeze anything even fire with a touch, breath, or a glare. An army of frozen zombies to do her bidding had an appeal to it. She would of course eliminate any stupid weaknesses like high temperatures and salt.
