When Jamie woke up she saw her mother standing in her room with her cloth already to go.
Jamie’s mother said, “Rise and shine we have to go.”
Jamie’s looking confused said, “Where are we going?”
Jamie’s mother nodded and said, “Sweetie you are going for more surgery to expand your butt remember. Honey thank god you’re beautiful because you’re stupid. Now get dressed.”

Then the doctor said, “Get me the drill and the whole expanding system.”
Jamie was scared of what’s next. The nurse in front of her pulled out a cart that had items that looked like they should be in a torture chamber.
The doctor said, “Okay Jamie I am going to take the drill and insert the smallest expander first now when the drill goes the expander will get bigger.
