“Shampoo wishes...” She signed and looked for the right words. “Shampoo wish Shampoo rivals be Shampoo admirers.”
Ranma had been napping through an English lecture. Around the time of the break between classes Ranma opened one eye to the sound of classmates squealing in delight.
Through one eye He saw Akane jump up and down then grab Kuno in a bear hug. Now he was fully awake.
“Hey, what the heck’s going on.”
“Don’t tell him,” Sayuri whispered to Akane.
“Tell me what?”
“I’ll tell you for fifty yen.”
“No Nabiki don’t,” said Akane.
Ranma drifted back to sleep.
“It involves Shampoo,” Nabiki teased.
“Fine put it on my tab.”
Nabiki, trying not to sound as excited as the other girls told Ranma, “Kuno-baby scored two tickets with with backstage passes to a Shampoo concert.” Suddenly Nabiki squealed as though she’d been holding it in the whole time.
Ranma immediately ran out of the room. A few moments later the pigtailed girl burst in.
Kuno was the only one who still hadn’t figured out about the curse.
Girl Ranma was wearing tight jeans and an I Heart Shampoo halter top. She had bracelets and earrings that were supposedly made in the real Amazon village. She had a purple streak in her hair. The streak was always there, but showed up far better when her hair turned red.
Until she found out about the curse, Shampoo had considered the pigtailed girl an enemy. Oddly, that was enough for the wishing rock to give Ranma a double whammy of admire Shampoo, though in this reality they’d yet to ever meet, unless you count Ranma screaming “Marry me,” from seat number 64L of the Bokudon.
“Oh Kuno,” said Ranma in her cutest voice.
Akane looked at Kuno with puppy dog eyes. “Kuno, you already promised you’d take me.”
“That I did Akane Tendo.”
“Kuno,” said Ranma, “You don’t even like rock music. If you gave me your ticket I’d be so grateful that afterward I’d...” girl Ranma whispered something in his ear.
Kuno then handed her the ticket.
“Hey what did you say,” Akane demanded.
“You so don’t want to know.”
Meanwhile Ukyo was in a tent across town. She had to close shop for three days putting her business in the red, but it was worth it. She would be number seven in line. If she scored some good seats then Ranma would do anything to have one. Anything. But more important than that, she’d get to see Shampoo up close.
Suddenly the air was filled with insane laughter, expecting this she put on a gas mask as Kodachi lightly poisoned countless people in order to cut ahead in line.
Ukyo weighed her options. She could attack Kodachi or let her go ahead. Tickets won’t sell out over one customer and this would make her second in line. Then again, what if she bought way better seats then her. She could certainly afford them.
