I initially was going to leave it at just making her experienced, but it snowballed again. And because Ranma lied twice there at the end, Akane got a rebound both on breast size and degree of promiscuity. The "tomboy" comment suggests that Akane will be more feminine now…and with sex taking up most of her time, perhaps martial arts aren't her focus anymore? Unless she's learned some kind of sexual martial art?
I decided to leave out all the specifics of describing the transformed Akane in order to give you (or whomever) a chance to chime in on her condition. But yeah, she's been with about 40 guys…including Genma just a few minutes earlier. She had a quickie with him before Ranma got back. Gross, I know. I know. But I couldn't resist.

Sexual martial arts? Never doubt it for a second. This is the Ranmaverse, after all. In a world with martial rhythmic gymnastics, martial arts tea ceremony, and martial arts okonomiyaki cooking, sexual martial arts is actually one of the less outlandish possibilities. And Akane is a practitioner of Tendo-style 'Anything Goes'.
Quite true. Actually, you know what? I'm officially suggesting that Happosai now considers Akane his true heir, because she takes "Anything Goes" to the extreme. Plus she probably gives him head on a regular basis. ^_^
Akane as Happosai's heir... Yes, I find this amusing. And of course, there's no way Ranma would ever admit to being jealous of her.
