New Perverted Akane with the Ring of Truth, that would be very chaotic to say the least. After all Happosai probably didn't help Akane's self control and almost everything she says will become reality like. "Kasumi and Nabiki are children of Happosai like me." or "Now strip Shampoo I want some of that sweet amazon pussy and you want to give it to me."
But I'm going to go with the Shampoo tries to counter with the ring option for now.

Can't only the wearer remove the RoT, like only the wearer *can't* remove the RoL? But I guess Akane could trick or coerce Shampoo into letting her have it.
True only the wearer of the Ring Of Truth can remove it but they can be tricked into removing it. Like if Akane threatened to snap off Shampoo's finger if she didn't take it off.
That is the only way for someone other than the wearer to remove it by cutting off the limb it is on.
