The women's dorm, home to the women in Tsukune's harem in one form or another. Moka, the Vampire. Kurumu, the succubus. Mizore, the Yuki Onna. Yukaru and Ruby the Witches. Any one of them could have been the name on the box containing the Yes Man's Ring.
In each of a different multiverse, they were the one who got the ring and got what they wanted.
This was the point where those multiverses fragmented from each other, where most of the above character were to get ring. So we watch as the timeline were to split into different paths.
