In the vague emptiness of the space between worlds, a slot machine floated, it's front open so a spectral figure in a workman's overalls could double check it's workings.
With a nod the figure closed the machine. With a quick gesture it materialized a mannequin who's dropping arm pulled the lever of the one armed bandit. With a rush of sound and light the machine lit up as it's three reels spun, then the first reel halted showing a maid dress, just like the one that suddenly appeared on the mannequin. The second reel halted on a wind up key, just like the one that was now sticking out the back of the mannequin, the third card stopped just showing the letters DDD, and suddenly the chest area of the mannequin was bulged outward exactly as much as an actual triple D bust would.
With a nod the spectral workman banished the mannequin and moved to a second slot machine, and pulled it's lever. It considered it's spinning cards. The first would determine the Glamors imbueing the Slot machine, determining how it would compel people to interact with it. The second was a timer function, to determine how long it would remain in the world, and weather or not it would move about the world a few times for extra effect.
And as the first two reels halted, all the workman's attention was on the final reel, which would determine which of the nearby worlds the Slut Slot Machine would be deposited in.
