"Let me give you a hand with these!" said Robin in a sweet voice. She walked over to Sharon and picked up a stack of encyclopedias. What the fuck am I doing? thought Robin as she helped Sharon.

"That's very sweet of you, Robin," said Sharon. "Let me help you." What the hell? thought Sharon.

The two kept being nice to each other despite still hating each other inside.

1. Sharon figures the orb is behind this behavior
2. *The orb can read minds, and one of the girls makes a mental wish
3. They two finish, and Sharon takes the orb to Jim, thinking he'd like it
4. *one of the girls mutters a mean wish about Ms. Holcombe
