The main character of Spider-man, Peter Parker. The Ring of Netorare. Two different effects. It depends if Spider-man is in a romantic relationship.
If Peter is in a romance (be it Mary-Jane, Black Cat, Gwen, or whoever), then if he places on the ring, his lover will be cheating on him with any other men she comes across. His lover becoming a sexual dynamo who can seduce and addict people to her, while Spider-man looses both sexual and physical power.
If Peter is not in a romance, if he is single, then he will become a sexual dynamo with the power to seduce and addict people to him. Specializing in stealing women in relationships, while their men become physically and sexually impotent. However, it is not limited to these woman as single women could also be affected.
With the two options of Spider-man on the list, we also have many other options.
Similar, but slightly different to option two is Mary-Jane Watson-Parker, the wife of Spider-man gaining the ring. Making her impotent and Peter a cheating sexual master.
Another option is a villain not in a relationship, say Green Goblin/Norman Osborn. With this ring and not in a relationship, he could seduce Peter's past and present love. As well as his female friends and superhero teammates, as well as female villains.
