I'm not quite sure what re-starts are, mind filling me in about them please?
It whatever you want to start a new thread with. In other words whatever crosses your mind and want to write
Any time someone wants to start a completely new storyline, that's a Restart. It may involve completely new characters and situations, or re-use old favorites.
People used to start them at any old place in the Addventure, or pick an Orphan episode for a Restart. But a while back somebody started this sequence of Numbered Restarts, and it's since become the central thread for doing them.
If you look through some of the previous ones it should be apparent what it means.
