Shame, using Ranma as a proxy feels like a bit like a wasted opportunity - especially if this is supposed to be a punishment.
Do you mean because she didn’t have to do that to Nabiki herself? Because I really think that making her watch Ranma do that with her sister is a harsher punishment by far.
We'll have to agree to disagree there - I'd see Akane having to do it herself as a greater punishment. Maybe not if it was anyone who isn't get sister (where straight out jealousy comes into play), but having to do it with your sister would seem to be worse than via proxy. In my opinion.
