Let's expand the list of choices a bit and if we're at it I guess if no one else did it's better if I tell how the gimmick works.
Slut Slot Machine is hidden in a less frequently visited corner of public places. Whoever goes to the machine cannot escape until the Slut Slot Machine is done changing them. Its targets are mostly girls but male victims were also amongst the options.
Contrary to its name Slut Slot Machine doesn't turn everyone into a slut. It changes them in a way which is usually sexual in nature. The mechanism of Slut Slot Machine is also nothing like a typical casino machine. Whoever pulls the arm always win and the price are 3 (or sometimes more) random transformations (one per reel). The arm can be only pulled once and after the changes are made the victims get free.
The transformation options for the reels aren't fixed and you can invent almost anything you want. Don't feel constrained by only the transformation types you saw in other SSM stories.
There are also special reels like boosters or reroll reels.
The latter has a multiplier and the same reel spins that many times, adding all those changes.
