OP Curves: Fate of the Fallen Snow Bird

Alas, poor Monet...stabbed through the heart and left dying on an already-dead island. Even if she was an enemy of the Straw Hats, this could still be called a tragedy, of sorts.

Of course, if she had truly died, then how in the world would she manage to wake up at all, let alone with massive curves?

Well, in nearly any other anime world, this could be a problem, but in the realm of One Piece, and especially in the New World, there is little that can be called "impossible"!

So, how does our delightful snow-woman manage to wake up with a lovely new figure?

1. Monet wakes up in a laboratory, but not the one she passed out in. She's been bandaged up, but is more focused on her huge new figure.
2. Monet wakes up on Punk Hazard, badly injured, but having managed to survive through sheer force of will. She'll probably decide to worry about her curves later.
3. As with 2, but in a slightly altered timeline where her heart was removed from Caesar's possession before it could be hurt.
4. *Wait, she's actually dead!? Dammit! Well, let's see how things go as she wakes up in the afterlife with her new curves...
5. Something Else
