Meanwhile, Queen Eden sat in her throne room as her advisors blathered on about various aspects of her fairy kingdom. From managing the magical dust mines to allocating resources to the various growth departments (e.g. Height, Breasts, Intelligence, etc), everything her advisors said related to human development. But the discussions were so mired in details that Eden had grown bored hours ago.

"...entirely emptied our supplies, but the dust reserves for the other attributes remain quite-"

"What happened to that girl from last night?" Eden interrupted Chance mid-sentence, "is she still growing? Or has she already reached the level of development I decreed?"

"Unfortunately, my queen, it appears that tonight she will have to remain at her current size of, let's see" Chance shuffled through his papers, "5 feet, 5 inches and B cup breasts. My queen, if I might turn your attention instead to-"

"What?! Why is she still so small?" Eden demanded angrily.

"My apologies my queen, but we are doing our best. I will note that since she is only 13, she is not at all small for her age. Because she is young, it takes a great deal more magical dust for her to grow. In fact, this is why I was telling you that our stores of breast and height dust have been depleted. We used all that we could to hasten the development of this girl, Wendy, and of the other girl, Amber."

"What's the point of being queen of all fairies if my will is delayed by your incompetence?" Eden grumbled. Chance barely managed to keep his anger from showing on his face.
Eden paused thoughtfully. "There must be some other solution..."
