Peter followed Cassie, more specifically her swaying ass, downstairs and into his family's connected kitchen and dining room. Cassie was making pleasantries with his family as if she'd known them or years (in this reality she had). He looked away from Cassie's bum and spotted his mother first.
Peter's mother Mandy could be described as a domestic goddess; she was a stay at home mother and took pride in how she took care of her family. The years had taken a small toll on her skin, as she smiled to Cassie, a few wrinkles appeared around her mouth. Now that Peter and Rose had grown up a bit Mandy had taken up makeup as a hobby. This interest was no secret, today she had a lovely set of long, sleek eyelashes exaggerating the blue of her eyes and drawing attention away from her wrinkles. Pastel red blush and lipstick brought her look together, it made her slightly plump lips pop and gave her face a youthful appearance despite her age. His mother dressed conservatively, she'd been raised by strict parents and upheld their values herself but decided to be more of a fun-loving mom to her own children. Her casual black dress riding below her knees was hidden behind a novelty apron. Food stains spotted around the apron from her food-making but the original pattern was still clearly visible, a busty, wide hipped figure of a bikini clad woman.
"That's a good look for you Mrs. Walker" joked Cassie signalling Mandy's apron.
"Oh thanks for noticing, I just got back from the beach... oh and the plastic surgeon" laughed Mandy with a hand on her apron's hip and the other motioning in front of the apron's ample chest. Cassie giggled and Mandy continued, "oh one can only wish, sorry Cassie it's the only one I had clean... just a silly gift from my sister".
"I know I wish..." remarked Peter's dad James from behind his newspaper. A large circled beard poking out from the bottom, his dad was a burly man who could've passed for a log cutter, not much of his build had been passed to Peter, even less to his daughter Rose (of course).
Rose, Peter's 16 year old kid sister was sat cross-legged in her chair, distracted by her phone she was abnormally quiet, loooking at her phone limited her annoying, sarcy teenage self.
"Don't be so rude James, we've got a guest today" stated Mandy shooting a glare his way.
"Don't be so prude" James shot his comeback quickly, lowering his paper to the table, "she's 'ere every other day, should be used to it now" he remarked. "'ello Cass, you doin' alright lass, come take a seat... you too Pete."
"I'm pretty good Mr. Walker, I've had a brilliant few days!" she said making her way to one of the free seats around the dinner table.
Cassie sat her oversized bottom to the right of Rose, the young girl was a bit of a tomboy, she wore an oversized t-shirt with boot-cut jeans and a pull up hoodie. It hid her figure well but Cassie knew from her previous changes that the leading reason for Rose becomeing a tomboy was her lack of feminine features. She felt bad for the girl, she'd never be able to have fun if she didn't catch up to other girls soon. Even if she did, her potential was capped, Mandy couldn't exactly be described as a yummy mummy.
Rose never payed Cassie much attention, honestly she felt a deep jealousy of the girl, everyone in the town knew Cassie's name just because of her fat bum. That kind of stuff didn't matter to Rose.
"Hey Cassie... didn't know you were here" said rose flatly.
"Um yeah..." replied Cassie, her happiness taking a small hit from the jaded comment.
Peter sat between next to Cassie, despite being a similar size, Cassie looked a couple of inches taller when they both sat down. Of course Peter knew why, he saw Cassie's bottom, half hanging off her too-small seat.
Before Cassie could notice his gaze, Mandy sang, "Goooood luck tomorrow Pete! Hope you enjoy", she laid out the starter, some kind of soup was placed in front of everyone. "Get off that thing" she said bossily, snatching Rose's phone from her hands.
"Ugh" Rose wasn't bothered by the meal, "why are we making such a celebration, its only football" she said rolling her eyes.
Peter cut the silence, "Thanks mum, it looks lovely!".
'Booooooring" thought Cassie, the food was nice but this wasn't fun. Rose's comment had turned her mood on its head and she kept noticing Rose shooting her unpleasant looks.
Peter, the caring sweet boy Cassie had turned him into, noticed her change of mood and asked "Alright Cass? Do you not like it?". Cassie jumped, smiled quickly and replied, “no, no it's not that" she turned to Mandy, "it's lovely Mrs. Taylor".
In reality what Cassie didn't like was Rose's attitude and the general anti-fun atmosphere. She decicded it was time to act and brought the Dictaphone out from her stretched pocket. Hidden just under the table Cassie began to record as the unsuspecting family continued eating...
