Saul kept his gaze serious and unflinching.
Sighing, she brushed her fingers through her long black hair, “Alright, well make me fall deeply in love with you right now, and I will believe everything you say from this moment forth. But until then, that is not happening.”
He closed his eyes, calling her bluff. Imagining Cristiana kissing him, he thought harder. He needed to desire her love more than anything.
