A girl in uniform?

Jim looked at the girl, the girl looked back. Both blinked for a moment.

The girl obviously hadn't expected anyone wearing a robe and a sleep-muzzled expression this late into the morning.

Which was OK, because Jim hadn't expected:

1. *a girl scout (is it cookie time already?)
2. it's a girl scout. Unfortunately, this is also Rick after eating an SRU girl scout cookie.
3. a Sailor Scout? (or Senshi if you prefer)
4. *a policewoman? must be fresh out of the Academy.
5. *a military officer, not that young after all.
6. *some other kind of girl in some other kind of uniform
