I was still very groggy and I didn't know what was going on, and then when he turned on this ray machine thing, I suddenly realised I was in tune with every molecule that made up my body, I guess it was cos of him messing about with my DNA. I starting thinking that if only I had enough strength, I could smash my way out and escape, and suddenly I felt amazingly strong, and the sleeves on my top were ripped apart by these bulging muscles. I felt fantastic, but I was also very scared. The scientist was too, I think. I wondered if I could completely turn into someone else, so I tried to turn into a copy of him. I think I managed it - he fainted, so something must have happened. I couldn't face going through the streets like this, so I turned into a bird and flew back here." She took his hand.
