The main storyline establishes the concept of the aftermath of a worldwide Bimbo Flu pandemic that turns all females into bimbos possibly irreparably for the last five years, and looks at case studies of female bimbos and male caretakers to see how they view the new world, if they're trying to cure the virus, or whether they even want to cure the virus, and so on.

Below, we'll still be doing this, but we'll be tweaking the Bimbo Flu just a bit, for the sake of variety. The options below are for different strains, different outcomes of the infection, and so on.
Here are the variations on our story:
Variant #6, "The Contagious Bimbo Problem": In this variant, the Bimbo Flu somehow got mixed with one of the esoteric and exotic diseases one could find in the storyline "
Variant #7, "The Neko Bimbo Problem": About a year into the Bimbo Flu crisis, Elon Musk said he had a solution to the Bimbo Flu. However his "solution" failed miserably, all the bimbos on earth grew cat ears and tails, and now we have neko bimbos now.
Variant #8, "The Overcrowding Bimbo Problem": It was discovered that if a bimbo has 10 or more children (thanks to several having multiple multiple births within the five year period [it also seems the odds of bimbos having multiples seems higher than usual]), they revert back to normal, but disturbing news shows that some of these oldest post-Flu offspring, many just now turning 4, are now showing the first signs of infection from the Flu, accelerated aging & hair lightening, and a few women that have reverted are also catching the Flu again, stoking fears the planet cannot handle the extreme overpopulation this would cause if not stopped.
Variant #9, "The Species Crossing Bimbo Problem": This variant is behaving much like how people feared the bird flu would a decade ago, but this time from humans to animals, bimbofying the animal kingdom alongside humanity. In most cases it simply engorges their mammary glands, turns their fur blonde, alters their intellect, and locks them in a permanent estrus, but some anthropologists are beginning to note rare cases of the mutated flu starting to give some of the bimbo beasts more... humanlike traits.
Variant #10, "The Bimbo World Order Problem": This variant is a like the original, except the bimbos unknowingly exude a powerful pheromone that makes males fight over them in almost a primal rage, and this has pretty much destroyed the world, leading to the bimbos being forced to having to figure out how to rebuild everything on their own and try to manage the few men left on Earth and keep them from wiping themselves out in order to preserve the human race, and possibly even figure out to cure themselves, that is, if they can focus long enough to stop jilling each other and fucking the men.
