The main storyline establishes the concept of the aftermath of a worldwide Bimbo Flu pandemic that turns all females into bimbos possibly irreparably for the last five years, and looks at case studies of female bimbos and male caretakers to see how they view the new world, if they're trying to cure the virus, or whether they even want to cure the virus, and so on.
Below, we'll still be doing this, but we'll be tweaking the Bimbo Flu just a bit, for the sake of variety. The options below are for different strains, different outcomes of the infection, and so on.
Here are the variations on our story:
Variant #11, "The Immortal Bimbo Problem": While in other versions of the Bimbo Flu once it finished adjusting the infected's physical age to median range of around 16 to 24 it drastically slowed the aging process in their bodies and enhanced their bodies to amazing near superhuman levels, in this incarnation once bimbofication is complete and the physical age is set, bimbos CEASE TO AGE, and not just that, but seem to become immune to just about all physical harm short of decapitation or absolute vaporization, absurd regeneration from things that DO harm them, cease to need oxygen to survive, and no longer even need to eat either. Stranger still, the virus has the disturbing ability to raise the dead regardless of gender and make them bimbos as well.
Variant #12, "The Cowgirl Bimbo Problem": A pharmaceutical lab believed it had a vaccine to the Flu it could give to babies via an organic milk formula based in cow's milk. Unfortunately, while the vaccine did make the female babies immune to one day catching the Flu themselves, the method used to make the vaccine similar to how the Flu was made, the sequencing waasn't double checked, and overall the work was rather sloppy, and as a result, the female babies that tested the vaccine grew cow ears and tails, just adding a new disease atop the one in place, and to add insult to injury, eventually a few intrepid bimbos ended up trying their babies' experimental milk too, also gaining their own cow ears and tails while also either expanding their already massive mammaries or growing another row below their original set or growing a fleshy udder, or even a mix of all three, and as a result the strange new Cowgirl Pox accidentally made in efforts to cure the Bimbo Flu mixed with the Bimbo Flu and made the Bimbo Cow Flu, turning most all bimbos into heavily lactating bimbo cowgirls!!
Variant #13, "The World-Ending Bimbo Problem": It's been ten years, and all the females of Earth have been infected with the Bimbo Flu, and all evidence shows that any new female ch1ld seems to contract it at around the ages of five to seven, rapidly physically aging to between 16 to 24 as they too become bimbos as well. Some men are still working on the cure, and some revel in the new world, but most have just gotten used to how things are now, except in the recent weeks and months there are now disturbing reports of the first cases of men becoming infected and becoming bimbos as well. For some, this is lighting a fire under them to hurry up the cure. Others call it fake news. Some just don't care anymore, at this point rather hoping they could be a bimbo like their long cursed spouse/sibling/mother/daughter and this long nightmare would all be over...
Variant #14, "The Alien Bimbo Problem": In this variant, man discovers the Bimbo Flu was really the work of aliens on the verge of extinction who found the human genome comparable to theirs and needed a vast quantity of breeding females in a short period, so they used the Flu to "hyper-evolve" human females to their ideal sexual forms at the cost of their intellect in order to save heir race. They promise they can change them back, or at the very least, restore their intellects, but the men of Earth aren't so sure...
Variant #15, "The Bimbo Vault Problem": This variant is more of a setting change than anything, as in this variant, instead of being set 5 years after infection, it is set 300 years after the Bimbo Flu has ravaged the Earth, and in that time, it has had time to mutate into several strains such as futa, neko, cowgirl, taur, and were, but the story is really about a group of folks, men and women alike, a secretive bunch, that 315 years ago had sealed themselves up in a secret self-sustaining vault underground. Jump ahead to this future when they are forced to leave their vault to discover this Flu-riddled future (whether it is an apocalyptic, dystopian, utopian, or average future is up to you) and have their first contact with the virus.
...and, of course, the obligatory Something Else.
