After entering the bathroom, Jim saw that Sharon was still in the tub. Well, this Sharon, anyway.
"So? Who was at the door?" she asked, acting as if nothing were out of the ordinary.
"Sharon, you told me yesterday that you were planning on doing something today, other than have a birthday party. Do you remember what you told me?"
She looked a little confused, wondering why he was asking her such an odd question. But then answered "I said I was planning on doing some shopping, getting supplies for the party. I mean, I was going to do that. But then I found out about this other version of me and ... Jim, why do you want to know all of this?"
Okay, that was the correct answer. Maybe this Sharon was the real Sharon after all. Then that must have meant that the other Sharon was the impostor. Of course she had to be, especially with that lame story of not having her key to the house in her purse! And of course she'd say that she was out shopping for decorations for her party. It was Sharon's birthday, after all. What else would she be out shopping for on her birthday?
Jim's eyes went wide. If that other Sharon was the impostor ... he just let her into the house!
Sharon began to get alarmed. "Jim, what is it?"
"I think I made a terrible mistake. Wait here," Jim said, then rushed out of the room.
"Where else am I going to go?" Sharon said. "I'm still naked in a tub."
