Jim opens the door to see a desk labelled 'Reception'. Sitting behind is an ordinary-looking girl, who asks "How can I help?". Unable to express his feelings, Jim simply points at his great belly and the girl looks at it with widening eyes, bursts out laughing, and tells him "The nurse had better look at that right away!", pressing one of the buttons on the desk.
In a few minutes another girl enters - a tall blonde with a bosom only just restrained by a nurse's uniform and a stethoscope hanging down into her cleavage. She lifts it out and applies it to Jim's belly, and after a few minutes, giggles and says "As far as I can tell, you are definitely pregnant. Please see the doctor in there.", indicating a door.
