Jim storms up to the desk and angrily shouts "I tried on this suit, and I'm now stuck with it!" The person behind the desk smiled faintly and responded "That doesn't look like one of our standard lines - what was the reference number on the rack?"

"I didn't see a reference number - it was a mix and match outfit"

"Ah well, that makes it a customer own-design - such suits are personalised to the customer, using the components as templates. If you don't want it, you'll have to go to the RETURNS department"3

1. *Jim leaves, and goes to the RETURNS department
2. Jim leaves, but gets lost in the cellars
3. he doesn't leave, but does something else
