Lars spent the entire night with the gadgets, his mother had spoke with him very little since she came home after working two jobs. She was a single parent and did a lot to make ends meet. Lars smiled grateful of his mother knowing that with his technical genius after high school he would find a way to make it all better for his mom. Tonight however his less noble urges fueled his inventing.
"Aha, done" He smiled and placed the cube on the desk. It looked like a Rubik's cube except hi-tech and fancy. It glowed on the center square for each face. Admiring his work he sighed and turned his light off catching about an hour and a half of sleep.
