Once Sayaka's body had completely become part of the toilet bowl, her insides started shifting further. As she was now unable to move from her place, her organs changed form and function, forming a system for gathering water from the moisture in the air around her and processing it into the liquid to be released into the bowl. Vents also appeared on her back, in order to allow the system to collect moisture. A pipe with a funnel on its end also extended from her mouth. A grill in the funnel made sure that only fluids would enter.
Sayaka was in a state of shock and bewilderment at seeing her body had become porcelain. When any attempts to move failed, her fear grew stronger. As this was happening, the action of peeing now caused her to feel the satisfaction of doing what one was meant to do, further confusing the former girl.
Having completed its task at hand, the Matrix set out to fulfill its duty elsewhere.
